The information required could vary depending on the client and the type of product or service that is required. Some of the information that could be required includes name, address, telephone and fax numbers, birth-date, claims history, credit and payment history, driving record, etc. This information could be provided by you, insurance companies, other insurance brokers, credit companies, financial institutions, etc.
Protecting Your Personal Information
Your information is only used to obtain for you the best possible coverage. In order to obtain this coverage we may have to share this information with other organizations such as insurance companies, other insurance brokers, credit companies, financial institutions, etc. We only provide this information when it is required, we safeguard your personal information to the best of our ability, maintain your information in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as possible and respond to any request you may make to view or correct the information that we hold about you.
Your Privacy Choices
You have the option to withdraw your consent (subject to any required legal or contractual obligation and by providing us with reasonable notice) by contacting our Privacy Officer. However, this may limit or prevent us from providing you with the product or service that you require. For example, if you do not allow us to obtain information about your driving history, it is unlikely that we will be to provide you with auto insurance.
